Imagine that you had an amazing weekend with your friends, and as the designated group photographer, you took life-cherishing pictures. How disheartening would it be if you shared these pictures with your friends in absolutely poor quality? The top memories of your life should not be shared and stored in low quality.
Your pictures might be safe and sound in your gallery vault, but they can lose their luster upon sharing. This is a common problem that makes us scratch our heads, and we end up uploading these low-quality pictures everywhere on social media. To avoid this situation, read through the following to learn how you can share your media files while maintaining the quality.
Email:
When you hear the word ‘Email,’ you might think of a business correspondence or a professional communication platform. However, no one said you cannot use an Email to send and receive pictures! If you have a high-resolution photo or video to send, get the Email of the person you want to send it to.
Draft a mail and use the attachment option to upload a file. Make sure that you play the video you want to send in your own HD video player so that you are sure the content is correct. Different mail services have different limits, for example, Gmail can allow upto 25mb of media files. This will help you send your media across quickly while maintaining the quality.
Bluetooth:
Earlier, Bluetooth used to be the ultimate tool to send and receive photos and videos. With time, we forgot about its efficiency and moved to newer methods like Google Drive photos and other applications and services. You can still use Bluetooth to share media and maintain the quality.
To send media through Bluetooth, turn on the Bluetooth on your device and also the device to which you want to send the contents to. It works better if the sender and receiver are in close proximity. This is a wireless technology which does not require internet connection and can maintain the quality at the same time.
Wi-Fi Direct:
You can also share images and videos through Wifi-Direct which is also a wireless technology. It is similar to Bluetooth and does not require internet nor do you have to pair up the devices. You can go to settings and enable this feature. Send your high resolution video to your friend and let them enjoy it on their movie player on the phone.
Google Photos:
Google Photos has become a popular app to send and manage photos. It uses your Google account to store your media content on its cloud and makes it easier to share photos through its simple interface. You can share a single file or an album by adding the sender’s Email address. This will notify them, and they can save this album on their own account and download it offline. This is an easy and convenient way to share media without losing the quality.
Now that you have learned to share photos and videos through Email, Google Photos, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi Direct, share memories of your life seamlessly and in the highest quality.
